Hi! I’m  Lamar T. , based in Atlanta,  Georgia and I work behind the scenes in the live concert and touring industry. Whether it’s mixing a band, building a input list, scanning mics, patching the inputs, designing a stage plot, setting the stage, managing crew and logistics, or making sure everything runs smoothly on the road, I’m passionate about bringing live music experiences to life.

 

With 10+ of experience on the road, I’ve had the chance to work with incredible artists, crews, and venues around the world. I thrive in fast-paced environments, doing the leg-work before the show, love solving problems on the fly, and take pride in being part of the energy that makes a show unforgettable.

 

I love bonding, traveling and hanging out with my family away from family the road crew. I love to make every work environment a fun,enjoyable, non- pressure, high energy environment. I want to inspire, learn from and soak up knowledge from everyone. I live by a simple motto “ Each one,Reach one, teach one” 

 

 

When I’m not on tour, you’ll find me tinkering with gear, improving my craft, hanging with friend and family, playing with family pets, bettering myself or enjoying some well-earned downtime.
