Hi! I’m Lamar T., based in Atlanta, Georgia, and I work behind the scenes in the live concert and touring industry. My responsibilities cover a wide range of tasks, including mixing bands, building input lists, scanning microphones, patching inputs, designing stage plots, setting up the stage, managing crews and logistics, and ensuring that everything runs smoothly while on the road. I am truly passionate about bringing live musical experiences to life.

With 10+ of experience on the road, I’ve had the chance to work with incredible artists, crews, and venues around the world. I thrive in fast-paced environments, doing the leg-work before the show, love solving problems on the fly, and take pride in being part of the energy that makes a show unforgettable.

I love bonding, traveling and hanging out with my family away from family the road crew. I love to make every work environment a fun,enjoyable, non- pressure, high energy environment. I want to inspire, learn from and soak up knowledge from everyone. I live by a simple motto “ Each one,Reach one, teach one” 

 

 

When I’m not on tour, you’ll find me tinkering with gear, improving my craft, hanging with friend and family, playing with family pets, bettering myself or enjoying some well-earned downtime.
